Stephen’s work brings together strategic consulting, leadership development, speaking, and a career spent helping people move forward with purpose. He is a John Maxwell Team–Certified Executive Director and the author of Mega-Small Church.
His background includes corporate leadership, ministry leadership, and community work. That range allows him to bring perspective to consequential decisions while respecting the people, history, and purpose behind the work.
Over the past 20 years, Dr. Stephen A. Robinson has trained more than 3,500 pastors and leaders through church-based, organizational, and international leadership development. His experience includes developing leaders year after year throughout two decades of pastoral ministry and leading six leadership-training trips to Peru, each reaching at least 350 pastors and leaders.
