MEGA-Small is the foundational work created by Dr. Stephen A. Robinson to help churches pursue meaningful Kingdom impact without allowing limited attendance, staffing, or resources to define what is possible.
Developed through Dr. Robinson’s experience growing and leading a church from five people to more than 500, MEGA-Small challenges the assumption that a church must become large before it can become effective. The leadership principles behind this work helped shape what eventually became NEXUS Leadership Group.
