Understand
Review the primary leader’s DISC assessment and all 20 Vision Load Test responses. Discuss real examples and identify the issue creating the greatest pressure.
Build
Develop a written 30-day Leadership Blueprint for one priority area. Define the desired outcome, accountable owner, decision authority, first actions, communication practices, checkpoints, and evidence of progress. The 30-day implementation period begins after this session.
Review
After the implementation period, examine what happened, address an obstacle, and determine the next appropriate step.
