20 questions • Approximately 7 minutes • ComplimentaryThe leadership reality
When the vision exceeds the structure, the pastor becomes the load-bearing system.
A church can have sincere people, strong preaching and meaningful ministry while remaining dangerously dependent on one leader.
That dependence may not become visible until the pastor steps away, a key volunteer leaves, an unexpected problem occurs or the church attempts to grow beyond its present capacity.
The MEGA-Small Vision Load Test examines five dimensions:
- Leadership Load
- Leadership Bench
- Structural Clarity
- Execution Systems
- Continuity Strength
The assessment is designed to identify where organizational pressure is accumulating and where leadership capacity should be strengthened first.
